Industrial 3D printing, from file to finished part
Scale models, prototypes and parts for industry, printed from the customer’s own file. The printer is only one part of the job. The rest happens around it.
What Tesseract does
Tesseract 3D is an industrial 3D printing company. It turns CAD files, drawings or photos with measurements into industrial scale models, prototypes and on-demand parts, printed in FDM and SLA resin, for engineering, training, trade shows and technical sales. Every order starts with what the part is for.
On the other end there is usually an engineer who needs to test a fit before the mould is made, a sales team that wants to take a machine to a trade show when the machine won’t fit on the stand, or a trainer who has to show what is inside a pump. Those are three different parts. Scale, material and finish all come from the question that comes first: where will this part do its job? Each use has its own page under Solutions.

What happens around the printer
Printing is the part everyone pictures. Whether the part works is decided before and after it, and every order goes through the same five steps, from the file to the box.
Illustrative drawing, not to scale. The letters follow the order of the job, and the amber line runs from one step to the next.
- The fileThe engineering review checks the geometry against what the part has to do and replies in writing, with material and lead time. Then comes preparation: mesh repair, scaling, orientation on the build plate and, for a large piece, splitting it into modules.
- The printFDM builds the structure and the bulk; SLA resin takes the small detail. On a scale model the standard is to use both in one piece, and the review says which process goes where, and why.
- The finishSupport removal, sanding, primer and paint, to the level the use calls for. A fit-check prototype and a trade show model don’t need the same care on the surface, and the quote already tells you which of the two your part will get.
- The checkDimensions are checked against the file before the part moves on. If it has to fit into another part, say so in your order: that is the dimension worth checking most.
- The packingThe part travels protected, packed for its size and finish. A large piece goes out in modules that are assembled on site, and the review tells you up front if that will be the case.
Who we have printed for
Where we are
Our head office is in the interior of São Paulo state. Customers in other states and other countries work with us remotely: the file arrives by email or WhatsApp, the engineering review comes back in writing, and the finished part is shipped to your company.

Trade showThe scale piece goes to the booth instead of the real machine.
TrainingThe machine that cannot stop goes into the classroom, cut open.
Sales visitThe rep carries in a suitcase what would never fit in one.
Got a part that only exists as a file?
Send the file, or photos with measurements, and tell us where the part will be used. You don’t need to know which process or material to pick: the engineering review answers that too, within 24 business hours.
